Angela grew up in both Halifax and Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia. She graduated from the MBC Veterinary Assistant program in 2015 and has been working in both general practice and emergency veterinary medicine ever since. Although she entered the veterinary field later in life, Angela has always had a deep passion for animals, something instilled in her at a young age by her grandfather. While she enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, she has a special interest in behavior and nutrition.
Outside of work, Angela can often be found at hockey rinks and ball fields cheering on her grandchildren, or relaxing at her cottage in Lunenburg County with her husband, youngest son, and their five German Shepherds. She also enjoys gardening and exploring ATV trails in her spare time.
